Founded in 2012, Skill Area 360 emerged from a collaborative vision between Italian educators, innovation specialists, and cultural leaders. What began as a boutique leadership workshop evolved into a full-spectrum training institute serving Rome and beyond.
Our history is deeply intertwined with the sectors we now serve. Early programs in entrepreneurship and creative thinking were followed by expansions into digital strategy, sustainability, and cultural business. By 2017, we established partnerships with local startups and global firms to deliver on-the-ground training.
Today, with six distinct categories and a learner-centric model, we continue to offer both executive education and applied skill-building. Our success lies not just in content, but in cultivating confident, capable professionals who navigate the real world with clarity and courage.
